Ky-Mani

Ky-ManiKy-mani , who is close to completing his untitled third album, is certainly a star. In February of 1976, Ky-mani was the son of the legendary Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis player Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". As a person who lives up to his name, every album and travel is an experience. His journey into music began in the year 1999 with The Journey. He was an eclectic musician who sought his musical niche. The year 2001 saw the release of Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) is a "traditional" reggae album , was out, which revealed a more mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads and The Journey were well-received worldwide. Ky-mani's popularity was confirmed as an independent artist. Ky-Mani blends roots reggae, hip-hop R&B as well as contemporary jazz, to form his unique sound.
