Paula Patton, an American producer and actress, is well-known for her role as the lead in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action-spy thriller) as well as Precious (a dramatic). Born into an upper middle-class family living in Los Angeles and had big hopes for the future. A passion for film within her daughter was a skill that she learned from her mother who was also a fan of movies. Paula enjoyed participating in school co-curricular activities, and was particularly fond of drama. She was a huge fan of acting alongside her peers and was a participant in her school's stage productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced a number of plays. The actress decided that acting was her chosen career. She enrolled at The University of Southern California in the summer program, and loved her time there. She was given a three month assignment to make documentaries for PBS. After she had completed the three-month assignment successfully the first task was working in the production department of television documentaries. After that, she began producing documentaries. While she was happy with her work, she still dreamed of being an actor. The path to acting began when she had minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. She has appeared since in many films and TV series.
